Madison man arrested, charged with exploitation of children
60-year-old Mark Wayne Williams was arrested by Ridgeland Police

RIDGELAND, Miss. (WLBT) - A Madison man has been arrested and charged with exploitation of children.
Ridgeland Police arrested 60-year-old Mark Wayne Williams on March 9 at midnight. He was released two days ago.
The charge, exploitation of children, is a felony.
The arrest document for Williams does not indicate where he was arrested but police say Williams responded to a dating app and was arrested in an undercover operation.
Williams has a court appearance scheduled for March 19.
