Fatal shooting in front of Jackson home

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) - On Thursday, Jackson police officers responded to 130 N. Alabama Ave, after reports of shots being fired.
Upon arrival, officers discovered 29-year-old Christopher Sheppard lying face down in front of the residence. Investigators say he died as a result of a gunshot wound to the head.
