JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) - Jackson Police have made an arrest in the murder of Felisha Spann.

The 41-year-old woman was shot in the face and killed in late August. Her body was found off Westhaven Boulevard in Jackson on property owned by the Greater Bethlehem Temple Church.

48-year-old Michael Buck of Jackson has been arrested and charged with the murder. He also faces a domestic violence charge.

Spann's daughter, Felicia Miller, was also murdered in 2010. She was shot in the head inside a room at the Metro Inn on Ellis Avenue.

An arrest was made in Miller's case, but there was not enough evidence to move forward with the case.
