Mary Grace Eppes is the Digital Content Manager for WLBT and Fox40 News in Jackson, MS.
She is the leader of the Digital Content Team and is responsible for managing, maintaining and creating content on all digital platforms, including WLBT's website, social media and mobile apps.
Mary Grace has been employed at WLBT and Fox 40 since January 2014. Prior to her promotion as Digital Content Manager, she served in the role of digital content producer for two years.
During her time in Jackson, Mary Grace has worked on high profile stories such as the disappearance of Myra Lewis, the murder of Kingston Frazier and the heart breaking deaths of two infants left in hot cars. She also provided coverage from Baton Rouge in the aftermath of the Alton Sterling shooting and the shooting deaths of three law enforcement officers. She has experience handling online election coverage and providing live social media coverage from multiple mayoral debates and a campaign rally held by President Donald Trump during the 2016 election. Mary Grace was involved in the creation of the viral video sensation known as "Piece of Burger", which took the internet by storm in 2015.
Mary Grace was born and raised in Jackson. She graduated from Mississippi State University in 2013 where she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, the MSU Student Association, PRSSA, PRAM and SPRF.
When she's not working, Mary Grace enjoys working out, cooking, binge watching Grey's Anatomy and spending time with her roomies -- her boyfriend, Fox40 News Anchor Mike Sands, and their sweet rescue pup, Penny.
