JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - U.S. Senator Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) says he’s recovered from his bout with COVID-19.

Wicker announced earlier this month that he tested positive and had mild symptoms.

The 70-year-old credits being vaccinated for helping him cope.

Wicker says he will resume traveling this week.
