Expert offers tips to help parents cope with COVID-19 anxieties

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - Many parents are struggling with the idea of sending their children out in the world during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Tiffany Anderson Washington, a licensed professional counselor, offered some tips on how to navigate “Parental Anxiety Syndrome,” which some parents are experiencing as they send their children back to school, sporting events and other activities, even as the virus rages.
