VIDEO: MHP on scene of large vehicle fire on I-55

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - No one was injured in a vehicle fire on I-55 Saturday afternoon.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol is investigating what caused the vehicle to catch fire on I-55 north of the Vaughn exit.

MHP says that the fire department is on the way, and traffic will be stopped until the roadway is cleared.

Troopers are currently on the scene of a vehicle fire on I-55 north of the Vaughn exit near mile marker 135. The fire department is on the way, but traffic will be stopped until the roadway is cleared. Most importantly, no one was hurt. pic.twitter.com/BRBb3c3PD1
