Police searching for third suspect in deadly Taco Bell shooting

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - The Jackson Police Department is searching for a third suspect wanted in a deadly shooting at a Taco Bell.

Tyrone Davis, 22, is now wanted for murder. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.

Demario Minister, 20, is charged with murder for the shooting that happened on April 6. U.S. Marshals assisted in bringing Minister into custody.

A second suspect, Kemontaye Desmond James, 20, has been arrested and charged in connection to this murder.

James was apprehended by Mississippi Highway Patrol in Pike County and later transferred into JPD custody.

Police say the man was shot in the parking lot of Taco Bell on Highway 80 and died at the scene.

Police expect additional arrests to be made.
