Vicksburg police arrest 4 over New Year’s Eve gunshots

VICKSBURG, Miss. (WLBT) - Vicksburg Police Department arrested four people for shooting guns on New year’s Eve. Police said the holiday was mostly safe but noisy.
Officers were called to 24 homes in Vicksburg over firework complaints.
Four people were arrested for discharging a firearm: 45-year-old Ewell Blackmore, 26-year-old Lamarshal Davis, 30-year-old John Qualls, and 51-year-old Walter Dolley.
Police also confiscated five guns.
