Voter Fraud case against Desmand King dismissed
The voter fraud case against Canton's Deputy City Clerk, Desmand King has been dismissed.

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - Charges against Desmand King, a deputy city clerk, have now been dropped in Canton’s voter fraud case.

King was arrested and charged in December. In the indictment, King was accused of allowing Donnell Robinson, who was also indicted, to vote on two separate occasions while knowing he did not live in the ward where he was voting.

Witness interviews and newly discovered information were cited in dismissing the case against King.
