Around 5:30 p.m. deputies encountered a gold Buick Century at the corner of Halls Ferry Road and Fisher Ferry Road.

During a chase for the car, officers say, the Buick intentionally slammed into a deputy’s patrol car.

The Buick was heavily damaged but the suspects kept going. The suspects then got out of the car and ran away.

Deputies have over a dozen deputies and canine units searching the area around Timberlane Place. An auto burglary was also reported in this area where a small caliber handgun is missing.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

Again, these individuals are considered armed and dangerous.
