Mississippi athletes in the 2019 NFL Draft

NASHVILLE, TN (WLBT) - The 2019 NFL Draft started Thursday evening and will end Saturday night.
With the 19th overall pick, the Tennessee Titans picked Mississippi State, DT Jeffery Simmons, making Simmons the first Mississippi name called in the Draft.
For the first time in school history, three Mississippi State Bulldogs were selected in the First Round of the NFL Draft: Jeffery Simmons, Montez Sweat and Jonathan Abram.
