NWS confirms two more tornadoes; up to 14 across state following Thursday’s severe weather

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - The National Weather Association has confirmed two more tornadoes out of Scott and Smith counties.

The number of tornadoes is now up to 14 across the state following Thursday’s severe weather.

As of Friday morning at approximately 9:53 a.m., we were up to nine tornadoes.
