CLINTON, MS (WLBT) - People from all over the Jackson metro area converged on Clinton this weekend for a music festival organizers say is only getting bigger.
Red Brick Roads kicked off at Olde Towne in Clinton Friday...and will wrap up Sunday night.
Along with vendors and family-friendly activities, the music festival also draws craft beer fans, because it features a wide selection of brews. Six bands graced the stage today, too.
But you might be wondering how this festival got its name.
"We have a very iconic and authentic downtown area, thus the name Red Brick Roads. We have all these great brick streets and we want people to come down and enjoy it," said T. J. McSparrin. "It's very important for us to share our city with the tri-county area and beyond."
Organizers added a homebrew competition to the mix this year.
