JSU's Anaso Jobodwana selected to South Africa Olympic Team

Another Jackson State standout will run in Rio.

Anaso Jobodwana was selected on Thursday to the South Africa Olympic Team. The former Tiger is one of 137 athletes on the South African squad.

Jobodwana is one of the best in the world in the 200 meters, finishing 3rd in the 2015 IAAF World Championships in China.

Anaso will make his 2nd Olympic appearance. He debuted on track & field's biggest stage in 2012.

Jobodwana reached the 200m final, finishing 8th in London.

He is the 2nd JSU product that will compete in the 2016 Olympics. Michael Tinsley qualified for the 400m hurdles last weekend at U.S. Olympic Trials. Tinsley won the silver medal in 2012.
