Jackson State will once again be represented at the Olympics.
Michael Tinsley finished 3rd Sunday in the 400m hurdles final at U.S. Olympic Trials and the result was good enough to earn a spot on the U.S. Olympic Team.
Tinsley is no stranger to the biggest stage in track & field. 2016 will mark his 2nd straight Olympic appearance.
In 2012, the Little Rock native won the silver medal in the 400 hurdles in London.
