Taking the trip to Canton for the Fourth of July Balloon fest is a tradition for many.
Not only do kids get to see colorful balloons, but they get to learn a little about farm life through an exhibit inside the Canton Multi-Purpose Center.
The day was filled with fun activities including a Kid Zone, Petting zoo and more.
Saturday evening a Balloon Chase Run/Walk and Kids One Mile Run rounded out the events.
But everyone was looking forward to the Balloon Glow with fun characters lighting up the night.
"It just gives kids something to do," said Sandra Frizgerald, who brought her grand children to the festivities. "You know we really don't offer a lot for kids, a lot for kids to do around here and that's how we lose a lot of our children, not offering thing for them to do. so if you start them out young with fun activities and hope that it leads to a better future for children."
