    29-year-old Brett Davis and 27-year-old Andrew Walters, both of Picayune, were arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force in Biloxi on Pass Road. They will be extradited back to Pearl where they will both be charged with attempted murder.

RANKIN COUNTY, MS (WLBT) -

The two men who have been arrested in connection to a June 8 alleged road rage shooting on I-20 in Pearl are being held in the Rankin County Jail, each on $10 million bond. 

29-year-old Brett Davis and 27-year-old Andrew Walters, both of Picayune, were arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force in Biloxi on Pass Road.

They were extradited back to Pearl, where they were both charged with attempted murder.

We do not know the identity of the man who was shot.

Rankin County Undersheriff Raymond Duke says the unidentified driver was struck above the eye, but he was able to give information to authorities. 

This all developed in the east bound lane of I-20, at the Airport Road Exit around 4:30 p.m., Wednesday.  

Pafford EMS officials told us the man was transported to UMMC.

Duke says the shooting, "Is a case of road rage gone really bad."
