That person is 29 year old Brett Davis of Picayune.

A warrant for attempted murder has been issued for Davis.

Around 4:30,  a man was shot while traveling I-20 east in a possible case of road rage.

Police have not released the victim's identity, but he was transported to a local hospital.

He was traveling east on I-20 when he was shot by a passerby in another vehicle.

His Nissan came to rest in the median.

It has a Chrome Toolbox with "Chevrolet" written across the back of the tailgate.

The truck has a Pearl River County License Plate Number  P-U-2 7-4-3.

Pearl Police say Brett Davis is armed and dangerous.
