Severe Weather Threat Over

JACKSON, MS (WLBT) -

The severe weather threat is over for Sunday night despite the steady rain. Temperatures are already falling and rain will end between 2-3 a.m. Monday morning. 

Temperatures will fall into the upper 40s to low 50s by morning under partly cloudy to mostly clear skies. 

Clouds will rapidly move out giving way to plenty of sunshine on Monday. Afternoon highs will be in the upper 60s.

The next chance of rain looks to arrive Tuesday night into Wednesday.
