A Warren County man has been indicted by a grand jury in two DUI deaths. He is being held in the Warren County jail without bond.

On May 8, Joseph White was driving south bound on Oak Ridge Road when his pickup veered over into the oncoming lane and struck a Van head on. Brothers William Rainey and John Rainey were killed instantly.

The sheriff's department reconstruction team was able to determine that White was speeding when he crossed the center line and the toxicology report, which came in last week, showed White's blood alcohol level was above the legal limit.

White faces two counts of Felony DUI Fatality. His next court appearance will be a post indictment arraignment in circuit court.
