Water Main Breaks Still Pose Problems in Jackson

Good evening this is Maggie Wade with a look ahead at some of the stories you'll see tonight at 10 on WLBT.

The morning commute could be a bumpier ride than usual. Breaks have shut down sections of Woodale Drive and Old Canton Road but the search continues for an even bigger problem. Roslyn Anderson has details.

It is a daunting task but one close to the hearts of two Memphis men who are paddling down the Mississippi River.  One of them is 80 years old. Annette Peagler talks exclusively with them during a stop in Vicksburg.

It is that time of year when the fair atmosphere and politics fill the air in Neshoba County. We'll have the latest on candidates who take the stage.

We had the highest temperature so far this year today!  Chief Meteorologist Dave Roberts says it wasn't a record but the question is could we set one as the scorching temperatures continue? We'll find out in your First Alert Forecast!
