Three people sit behind bars in connection with a string of home break ins in Warren County. Investigators say this trio even targeted a home, where two young people were still inside.

According to Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace, Bennett Armstead broke into a home on July 24. While in the home, he encountered two young people.

Sheriff Pace says Armstead stole a gun from inside the home and used it to hold the two at bay. The sheriff then says, Armstead attempted to molest the teenage girl, before robbing the home and fleeing.

Investigators believe Armstead was picked up by alleged accomplice Donnell Judge. The two eventually met a third suspect, Ebony Ragan, at a local hotel. When the three were arrested, investigators found many of the stolen items inside their hotel room. Armstead will remain behind bars with no bond. Neither Ragan nor Judge have meet with a judge yet.
