Fletcher Cox, Stephen Gostkowski, & Glover Quin picked to 2014 All-Pro Second Team

NEW YORK (WLBT) - The Associated Press announced their 2014 NFL All-Pro Team. Three players with Magnolia State ties were selected to the 2nd team.

Stephen Gostkowski earned his 2nd All-Pro selection. The former Madison Central Jaguar led the NFL with 35 field goals. He also became the Patriots all-time leading scorer with 1,179 points. Gostkowski was also selected to the 2015 Pro Bowl.

Fletcher Cox is an All-Pro for the first time. The Yazoo City & MSU alum led the Eagles with 3 fumble recoveries. He had 70 tackles, 4 sacks, and a touchdown in Week 1 against Jacksonville.

Glover Quin is also a first time All-Pro selection. The McComb native led the NFL with 7 interceptions. The Lions safety was also selected to the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career.
