After having been closed for some time, Cheddar's will reopen in Flowood on Monday as Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen.
The reopening comes with a new initiative that includes new management, new hiring and training programs and a major rebranding campaign designed to highlight the restaurant's commitment to hand-made, prepared from scratch meals.
They will be open nightly for dinner from 4-10 p.m.
“In returning to Flowood, we knew it would be important to ensure we had the right team leading our new restaurant, so we carefully recruited a new management team,” said Cheddar's Chief Brand Officer, Tom Koenigsberg. “Our managers will work together with our new wait staff and kitchen crews to implement training programs designed to ensure we deliver against our promise to provide excellent customer service and delicious, handmade meals.”
The new menu will feature a combination of Cheddar's classics like freshly sliced and prepared onion rings, hand-breaded chicken tenders, slow-smoked ribs and other favorites in combination with newer items like popular Wisconsin Cheese Bites, signature cocktails and more.
