Strut your happy walk!

New research highlights a simple way to help boost mood by putting a little spring in your step! The study from Germany found that simply changing your gait  and walking like a happy person would walk can make a person feel better.

Happier people tend to hold their heads higher and walk a little bouncier and faster than others. Swinging arms are also part of the happy equation.

Conversely, experts say slouching can have the opposite effect  making a person feel more negative.
