2-year-old Jackson boy found, suspect in custody

Friday afternoon is warm and overcast in the Jackson metro area. I'm Howard Ballou with a look at some of the news stories you will see on WLBT.

Jackson police tell us 2-year-old Gabriel Dent has been found  the endangered/missing child alert has been canceled and a suspect is in custody.

Plus, the Madison County Sheriff's Office held a press conference to thank the Find Me Group psychic detectives, but their information did not provide any new leads in the disappearance of Myra Lewis. 

And, Kirk Ross, a Natural Resources Management Specialist with the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Vicksburg District, recently returned from a more than two-year deployment in Afghanistan.

In sports, Mississippi State senior defensive back Justin Cox has been suspended indefinitely for his involvement in an off-campus incident that occurred Thursday night and it's time to turn on the Friday Nite Lites!
