A third arrest has been made in a huge car theft ring in Warren County. Sheriff Martin Pace confirms Kevin Goulette is being held on $77,500 bond.
Goulette was arrested in Madison Parish, Louisiana this week and extradited to Mississippi Thursday. He faces 11 counts of auto theft, conspiracy to commit auto theft, and one count of business burglary.
According to the Sheriff, Madison Parish and Vicksburg have also placed holds on Goulette. Warrants have been issued in Louisiana for 4 counts of burglary and in Vicksburg Goulette faces a felony charge.
Two people were already in custody in connection with the thefts. Investigators say Monica Hicks and Jimmy High were arrested last week.
Ten of the 11 vehicles have now been recovered. Authorities are still looking for a 2004 gray Dodge pickup. It is a four door with four wheel drive.
This investigation is ongoing.
