Coming up this morning on WLBT

Good Monday morning from WLBT's Brandon Artiles!

We hope everybody survived the night's severe weather as a tornado watch remains in effect until 6 a.m.  We're starting the day at 70 degrees and First Alert forecaster Walt Grayson will let us know what's left of this system in his First Alert Forecast.

In addition to tracking the weather we'll bring you the damage that this line of storms created in Mississippi, Arkansas and Tennessee.

Also making headlines, State Attorney General Jim Hood says some of the pardons made by former governor Haley Barbour were unconstitutional. That issue will be taken up in a Capital City courtroom this afternoon and 3 On Your Side's Jewell Hillery will have a preview of the proceedings in a live report.

And the boys from Red/Blue Review will be in studio to talk about the committee appointments made by state House speaker Phillip Gunn.

Those stories and much more are headed your way at the top of the hour, so please join us from 5 to 7 and have  a great Monday!
