MOUND, LA (WLBT) - Several World War II airplanes will be on display and available for rides Tuesday and Wednesday at the Vicksburg-Tallulah Airport in Mound, Louisiana.

A B-17 and a B-24, both bombers used primarily on Germany, are there in perfect flying condition.

You can fly on one for $425, or in the back seat of a P-51 fighter for $3,200 an hour. You don't need a pilot's license to do that.

There will also be several World War II fighters on display. People like Dan Fordice, son of the former governor, are making this possible as volunteers.
