Man Faces Aggravated DUI Charge

A man arrested after a fatal car accident Saturday night is now charged with aggravated DUI. Kenneth Boclair is being held in the Hinds County Detention Center without bond. The wreck happened late Saturday at Highway-80 and Terry Road. Police say Boclair rear ended a pick-up truck. The truck's gas tank caught fire and its driver William Atlas was killed.
