WLBT 3 - Jackson, MS: Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
• 1 package Knorr's vegetable soup mix
• 1 small can of water chestnuts, diced

Toss above ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with sourdough or pumpernickel bread.
