JACKSON, MS (WLBT) - The education was in the community and not in the classroom for some law school students Friday.
Mississippi College School of Law students rolled up their sleeves to help build a Habitat For Humanity House on Blair Street.
It's just one of several community service projects the future lawyers took on before starting school Monday. They also put together care packages and delivered them to UMC and served lunch at Stewpot.
