F.B.I. most wanted fugitive from Mississippi arrested in Wyoming

WYOMING (WLBT) - A Mississippi fugitive accused of child molestation in the 1990's is behind bars.  

Edward Eugene Harper was arrested in the Southern Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming.  

Harper has been on the run for nearly 15 years after failing to appear at a hearing in Desoto County, MS.  

He was indicted in April 1994 on charges of conspiracy to commit sexual battery, child fondling, and sexual battery.   

Harper had been on the FBI's list of ten most wanted fugitives since November 2008.
