FIRST ALERT: Showers and Fog Could Impact Your Commute

Rain chances increase through our Wednesday, but temperatures will be much cooler...

Rain and fog has developed behind our cold front this morning, making for a messy morning commute for some! We’re also experiencing quite the temperature gradient behind yesterday’s cold front... towns NW of the metro are waking up to the low 50s and areas SE of the metro are still near 70 degrees. If you live around the Jackson area, you’re waking up to the upper 50s. Highs are only anticipated to reach the low 60s by this afternoon in the metro!

Lingering showers and much cooler temperatures are expected to stick around into Wednesday before we dry and out and warm up for Thursday. We warm up even more by Friday ahead of our next cold front! This looks to bring us our next chance at scattered showers and storms by the start of the weekend. Have a great day!
